BMA RF Coaxial Connectors for Flexible Cable
Product Introduction:
This connector is compatible with commonly used flexible coaxial cables such as RG316 and RG174, as well as customized high-performance low-loss cables. It addresses the challenges of non-linear routing inside enclosures and “dynamic” interconnections between modules, offering installation convenience similar to a flexible jumper.
Product Features:
Mechanical stress absorption: The flexible cable naturally absorbs impact forces generated during module insertion, acting as a buffer to protect PCB solder joints from mechanical damage.
High-reliability crimp structure: Utilizing annealed crimp ferrules and precision tooling, the cable shielding achieves a full 360° circumferential contact with the connector housing, significantly enhancing shielding effectiveness.
Broadband low loss: Built with low dielectric constant materials and precision-machined center contacts, it ensures smooth transmission performance across DC–18GHz without noticeable resonance points.
Typical Applications:
Primarily used in airborne electronic equipment bays, vehicle-mounted mobile base stations, internal feedback systems of large antenna arrays, and portable RF maintenance terminals.
